We all logically know that there are ways to reduce, manage or prevent stress; but when we are neck deep in stress overload there is no way that we will be able to think of a list of ways, let alone implement them.

So, take some time on a quiet day to brainstorm 10 different ways that you like to reduce, manage and prevent stress.

Having a go to list on your phone, in your journal or on your fridge means that when the time comes you can just pick from the list, enjoy, and relax.

I have pulled together 50 different ideas to start you thinking.

Read through it, write down your favorites, and then add any that the list inspires. Everyone’s list will be different because we all handle stress differently, we all relax in different ways, and we all crave different things in our heart & soul.
