Stones are a huge part of my life, not only do I wear them everyday but they are also strategically placed throughout my home and clinic. I choose stones because of their powerful properties; because I am drawn to a particular stone at that moment; because I am drawn to a particular colour that day; or simply because they are beautiful.

How to use your stone?
- Hold onto them and repeat your affirmation.
- Hold them in your hands during meditation or conscious breathing practice.
- Keep them in your pocket.
- Place them strategically around your home or office, where their energy can positively effect your space.
How to cleanse your your stone?
Cleansing removes any negative or unwanted energy that the stones in your bracelet have absorbed. If you remember from high school chemistry that energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transferred or transformed; so the energy of a room, your emotions, or just you is often transferred to the stone.
- Let sit in a bowl of salt water, then rinse off after.
- Let stones sit in a bowl of dry salt.
- Use a smudge stick or incense stick, hold stone in the smoke for 20-30 seconds.
