Steps for clientsPRE-SCREENING
Pre-screening by email questionnaire the day prior to your appointment to ensure you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. ARRIVE ON-TIME Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until I text, or indicate, to you that I am ready for you to enter the clinic. ONE CLIENT AT A TIME Only one client will be allowed in the clinic at a time, unless you are bringing a minor in for treatment. SCREENING AT THE DOOR You will be screened again at the door prior to entering the clinic. SANITIZE HANDS You must sanitize or wash your hands upon entering the clinic. MASKS While masks are no longer mandatory, they are certainly welcome in the clinic and you will still see me wearing my mask for the time being. |

I wear an ASTM level 3 procedural mask at all times. CLEANING AND SANITIZING I am sanitizing with Health Canada approved for COVID-19 cleaner after every client, including all touch points, to ensure the clinic is free of any contaminants. Enhanced air filtration with an ionizing HEPA filtration system in the clinic. HAND WASHING Extra hand washing before and after every client. LINENS New linens/blankets/towels are used for every client. |
