How to use your stone jewelry?
- Wear it as a beautiful piece of jewelry.
- Think about the properties the particular stone holds while wearing it.
- Hold it cupped in your hands and repeat the affirmation before putting the bracelet or necklace on, then think about your affirmation whenever you touch the beads.
- Use it to aid you meditation or breathing practice as a counting tool to keep track of repetitions without worry of actually counting. Slowly work your way around moving one stone for one breath cycle or mantra repetition.
How to cleanse your jewelry?
Cleansing removes any negative or unwanted energy that the stones in your bracelet have absorbed. If you remember from high school chemistry that energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transferred or transformed; so the energy of a room, your emotions, or just you is often transferred to the stone.
- Use a smudge stick or incense stick, hold stones in the smoke for 20-30 seconds
- Place salt in a bowl, place a second glass bowl into the salt, then place your stones or stone jewelry in the second bowl (this will protect any metal for damage from the salt).
